From the Pastor's desk:

Greetings in the mighty name of the Lord Jesus Christ! Allow me to introduce myself, I am Pastor Charles Lack, and together with my wife, Pastor Sylvia, we Co-Pastor Vessels of Honor Ministries. Our church began on Easter Sunday in 1986, with 12 people on rented chairs and a pulpit, in an office room that was free to use on Sundays.

 

God has blessed us abundantly through the many years, and the Ministry has increased to over 600 wonderful loving people.

 

We have been referred to as God's flower garden, because we are a wonderful blend of all nationalities. Our theme is "Every member is a Minister", with a strong emphasis on walking in love toward one another. All are welcome regardless of age, race, gender or background. We are truly one big happy family and we invite you to come and be a part of what God is doing at Vessels of Honor.

 

Pastor Sylvia and I both minister and make ourselves readily available to our congregation. We are confident that you will find our church to be warm and inviting, with many fellowship groups, classes and ministry opportunities available to encourage you in the Lord and build you up in the faith. I am very proud of my Ministry staff, they are a group of dedicated men and women who faithfully serve and look forward to every opportunity to meet and exceed the needs of our Church family. From the moment you arrive at our doors, you will be welcomed by our friendly greeting staff and ushered into our beautiful Sanctuary, and your children will thoroughly enjoy themselves in our Children's Church Classes. Our teaching staff are highly trained and love to minister the word of God in new and creative ways. You are never too old or too young to learn, that is why we do not merely baby sit, we offer appropriate teaching to all ages.
